Chia Strawberry Jam
Ingredients
- Strawberries - 250g
- Chia seeds - 3 tsp
- Maple syrup
- Vanilla
Instructions
- Wash and clean strawberries, remove the stem and half them. Puree them with a blender or kitchen processor.
- Add chia seeds, a pinch of vanilla and if you want to sweeten it up a bit, also some maple syrup. (Usually the level of sweetness is enough without any sweetener!)
- Pour the chia-strawberry-jam into a sealable vessel and put it into the fridge for at least 3-4 hours.
- Enjoy with some self baked paleo coconut-almond-bread! 😉
