Banana-Flaxseed-Smoothie with Sea Buckthorn
Because of the high amount of vitamin c (8 times as much as lemons!) in Sea buckthorn, it is especially recommended during these cold winter days. I like sea buckthorn all year long as an ingredient in smoothies. In this tasty Banana-Flaxseed-Smoothie for example!
Ingredients
- Banana - 1
- unsweetened almond milk - 400ml
- Sea buckthorn juice - 6 tbsp
- ground flax seed - 2 tbsp
- Maple syrup - 1 tbsp
- Cardamon - 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- Blend everything except the sea buckthorn juice in a blender and puree nicely.
- Pour 3-4 tablespoons of sea buckthorn juice in a glass, add the banana-flaxseed-smoothie and enjoy immediately!
