Chia Pudding with Mango Puree
Chia pudding isn't just super quick and easy to make but also really versatile!
After the Mango Turmeric Pudding and the Chia Cinnamon Chocolate Pudding, classic chia pudding with mango puree is my absolute favorite. Mangos and oranges with chia pudding are especially tasty and refreshing in summer and are always a nice gift to bring along!
Ingredients
- Almond milk - 300ml
- Mango - 1
- Orange - 1
- Chia seeds - 3-4 tbsp
- Optional
- Maple syrup
- Vanilla
Instructions
- Pour some chia seeds into the almond milk, mix thoroughly, place them into your refrigerator and let them soak and swell for at least 20 minutes. After 10 minutes mix again to prevent the seeds to clump together.
- Peel the mango, remove the seed and mix the mango flesh together with the juice of an orange.
- Pour the chia pudding into glasses, add the mango-orange-puree on top and enjoy!
Tip: Optionally you can add 1 tbsp of maple syrup as well as a bit of vanilla to the chia-almond milk. - The longer the chia seeds soak the almond milk, the more pudding-like the consistency will be.
