Combining water melon with fennel might sound strange at first, but I can assure you, it tastes really really good! Vegan, gluten-, refined sugar- and dairy-free and of course suuuuuper refreshing! 🙂
- Wash the fennel and cut it into rough pieces. Cut the flesh out of the melon and cut it into rough pieces that fit into your mixer or food processor.
- Put fennel and melon pieces into your mixer or food processor, add orange- and lime juice and blend everything well.
- Place drink into your fridge until it gets served or add some ice cubes, garnish with mint
and serve and drink immediately.
Tip: If you are looking for a drink without pulp, just pour the fennel-melon-mix through a strainer into the glass.
