Italian Keto Mix

- Wash spinach and drain it. Wash oregano and pluck leaves from the branches. Clean mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.
- Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel the garlic cloves, cut them roughly, drizzle with a bit of salt and mash them with the back of a knife.
- Heat up the coconut oil in a pan on medium heat and add onions, garlic and pine nuts. Let everything fry for about a minute, add the spinach, mushrooms and oregano and fry for another 8-10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
