Paleo Mocha Frappuccino
Even though I love a nice breakfast in the morning - especially on weekends, sometimes I just want something quick and easy!
Bulletproof Coffee is nice and everything, but it doesn’t help with my craving for sweets ? That’s where this Paleo Mocha Frappuccino comes into play.
Same as the Bulletproof Coffee, the Paleo Mocha Frappuccino is kind of an allrounder: Coffee, breakfast, dessert and protein shake at the same time!
And if you prepare the bananas in advance (peel, cut and freeze them) and add some coconut oil or MCT oil, your drink is not just ready in less than 5 minutes, it also helps you to burn fat, enhance your performance, saturates and gives you plenty of energy for the day!
Ingredients
- Coffee - 200ml (chilled)
- unsweetened almond milk - 100ml
- Banana - 1 (frozen)
- unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 tsp
- Optional Ingredients:
- Protein powder - 1 measuring spoon
- Ice cubes - 2
- Vanilla - 1 knife tip
- Coconut oil or MCT oil - 1 tsp
Instructions
- Brew some coffee and put it into your fridge or freezer.
- Blend the cold coffee with almond milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, a frozen banana (and optionally also some coconut- or MCT oil, vanilla, protein powder and ice cubes) until you have a nice foam on top.
- Serve chilled and enjoy! 🙂
Hint: Similar to the Bulletproof Coffee, you can add 1 tsp of coconut- or MCT oil to boost the nutritional value, get that extra bit of energy and make it a bit more foamy!
