Parsley Avocado Dip
Guacamole is quite popular all around the world and even here in Germany the tasty avocado cream is a must-have dip for vegetables, bbq or cold buffets nowadays. Whether you go for a Guacamole with fruits or this yummy Parsley Avocado Dip, they are both quick and easy to make and you should always try to prepare them shortly before they get served. This way you make sure that your avocado-cream looks and tastes the best.

- Wash parsley, shake dry and remove the bigger branches.
- Half avocado, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
- Put avocado flesh, parsley, the juice of half a lemon and optionally a finely chopped garlic clove into a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper und blend nicely.
